I had the pleasure of staying at this clean, very conveniently located hotel over Christmas in 2024. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the major sites and entertainment. It’s a short distance from the river if you want to go for a 7km run and sweat off some of the Saigon Special beers. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. I’d like to say a big thank you to the lady who helped me find a phone repair shop when my iPhone software decided to update itself and nearly gave me more heart problems. The bar in this hotel is fantastic too with amazing views and a great place for a happy hour sundowner drink or six. The breakfast buffet was good but it would have been nice to have had the option of beans everyday and a few more vegan options. Thank you for a great stay and helping make my trip to Saigon so memorable.

Not a good experience with the hotel rooms, no ventilation at all in the room. Rooms are very packed and there is no window as well. The lights in the room also not good. Also staff not much interactive. No one but they took 200 dollars as a deposit which was quite strange as we never paid any deposit during our whole trip in Vietnam. The only good thing is that, hotel is at prime location of the city.

One of the worst hotel in Vietnam with worst customer service. Rude receptionist and manager. Incompetent room service. They are cheating customers to pay extra charges with no value services. They are asking for heavy security deposits even when rooms are prepaid. The rooms are suffocating as the entire room does not have a single window and horrible construction with a makeshift bathroom. Overpriced food and with that amount of room price there is no breakfast included. There is no assistance for luggage and even if requested they say “you should get your own luggage”.

A business kind of hotel. The staff is just okay. The hotel takes the cake because of its location. It's next to the river and market and there are many stores just around it. The hotel doesn't exchange the currency, The reception and eating place is really small. The rooms are tiny too. Food is fairly okay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
