        Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and well stocked. It overlooked a nice pool area with lots of greenery. My only issue is that, if you dont have a hire car, then its a bit far to walk into town in the heat and humidity.

        I had a great time staying at Bay Villas Resort for a week when travelling to Port Douglas. The rooms were well priced and the Resort is conveniently located within walking distance to all major amenities. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, making me feel welcome. The self-contained studio flat that I stayed in allowed me full flexibility on how to plan my holiday. Bay Villas Resort is a great place to stay at if you're looking for a base to travel from to explore North Queensland.

        I spent a night at Bay Villas recently on a short and sweet trip to Port Douglas and would absolutely recommend staying here. The facilities at this property are fantastic. You have everything you need and are only a short walk into Port Douglas. Ken was great with offering everything we needed as well as great restaurant recommendations and directions.

        Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and well stocked. It overlooked a nice pool area with lots of greenery. My only issue is that, if you dont have a hire car, then its a bit far to walk into town in the heat and humidity.

        I had a great time staying at Bay Villas Resort for a week when travelling to Port Douglas.         Nice comfortable accommodation, and good location, but not impressed with service. We approached a woman from the office 10min before opening in the morning and was brushed off with her comments ( I'm too busy and don't have time to deal with this now. Come back later). All we wanted was a clean bedspread, the one in the cupboard was dirty but that's all we had to use, and there was no kitchen light so we were cooking in our shadows.

        Absolutely sensational. Staff were awesome and friendly, great price and rooms made it really feel like a holiday. It was depressing to have to leave. Will be back next month. A+ from me.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
