Staff was very friendly! They went the extra mile so that we could extend our stay while staying in the same room, all on short notice. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of items. The hotel is a short walk/tram to train station. Will definitely return!

First the positives: - breakfast was excellent, big selection and very tasty - the room was spacious with a big comfortable bed and great shower - the location is very convenient for travellers without a car and now some negatives: - the electrical/fuse box in the room was constantly buzzing after inserting the room card. That was very annoying - 2 out of the 3 nights I stayed, staff was vacuuming the corridors around 7 am. It is not nice to be woken up before your alarm clock by the sounds of the vacuum cleaner...

Great value for hotel in Munich! Since we would only be staying in Munich for one night, we picked this place because it was very affordable and close to the train station, but still close and easy enough to get to the main Old town. The tram station was LITERALLY across the street and a quick 15 mins ride to all the main plazas. So it was super convenient, but still quiet and just outside of the bustle of the city. The guy at the reception was nice, and check in was a breeze since we got there late at night. However, normally it’s a small reception with only one staff at all times, so it can get very busy and chaotic in the small lobby area with long wait time if you need to talk to reception, or check in and out during the day. The room was clean and exactly as pictured (albeit a bit small but this seems standard in European big cities) with a bright modern bathroom and a comfy bed. The breakfast was great, with a good variety as well as some hot food options.

Great hotel with good room size and comfy bed (a bit soft for me). Room is clean and has everything we need to comfort our stay. The room is also soundproof so we hardly hear the Tram outside the road. Location is great with Tram stop at the door step and in walking distance from Hbf and LH Express Bus Stop. Staff is very helpful. TV with English channels would be perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. We had a problem with the key card, but I was able to get a new room right away. All the staff in both the hotel and restaurant were wonderful. The room was great and had everything I needed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
