If you have any problem with overbooking by mistake they will simply keep the money and never respond to any messages. The manager will never be available to talk to you! Never seen a worse customer support!...

The Turkish guys that work the overnight shift are terrible and offer zero help! It feels like they want to take advantage of you because the labor laws are so lenient in Germany they can’t get in trouble. This is a great location but the service from the Arabs at the front desk is extremely sketchy. If you’re an American visiting Munich, I would stay elsewhere

Really nicely appointed and clean place to stay. Very reasonable too. We found the level of cleanliness to be excellent. Other reviewers have mentioned that the hotel is in a more run down area, this is true and it is reflected in the price, however myself and my wife did not feel at all threatened or unsafe at night. It’s about a 15 minute walk To the tourist centre of Munich. Great value. Definitely a good place to stay.

This place was pretty terrible across the board. First off, it’s not great for groups. We booked a suite that sleeps 5 people but they only provided us 1 single room key – we couldn’t even get 2. The 5th bed that was provided was thin sleeping pad thrown onto a cot with a broken/bent frame. This left one us with a terrible back ache after a few days. All units are accessed by a large concrete staircase, which due to acoustics and poor sound insulation, echoes and amplifies the noise of other guests coming and going. This makes it hard to get a good night’s rest if you’re sleeping near the front door of the unit. The door at bottom of the staircase also squeals very loudly so even the quieter guests still cause a disturbance. The shower is set up in a way where it’s impossible to bathe without getting a huge pool of water onto the floor. They seem to be aware of this as there’s a huge bucket that’s placed to catch some of the water but it only helps a little. There’s a microwave in the kitchen but it’s left unplugged and the cord won’t even reach the outlet in the kitchen so it’s basically useless. While they do offer daily housekeeping, but the staff seems to do a very minimal job, skipping basic stuff like wiping down counters. Altogether I cannot recommend this place.

It is a quite clean and nice small hotel with spacious rooms. One block walking distance from the central railway station. You can have dinner at a well rated "kebabs" across the street. However, there is a lack of maintenance: broken light above the stove, inappropriate luminance in some rooms, wrong size of dish drainer, etc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
