The room was good but noisy overnight due to private functions going on, the pool was closed due to private function. Breakfast was ok but could have been better, there was bread but no toaster, the jam was in a jar with a small t-spoon and very dirty, a roach was in the chicken dish and staff had to remove that, fruit juice was not actually fruit juice but dry powder mix, coffee was not filtered well and was very grainy. In our opinion it was not worth the extra cost to stay here compared to other hotels so we will not be staying at this hotel again.

The food is really yummy! 😩❤️🥲 We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, their breakfast buffet is really amazing! I love the wide variety of food that you can choose from. It’s really delicious to be honest. 😩❤️❤️ When it comes to their room and service, it a 10/10 for me, it feels like you’re home. And they are really accommodating and approachable! I really love how the location of the hotel is near to the landmarks that we would like to visit, it is not that far from the airport as well. Highly recommend to take a look or try this hotel! 😊❤️❤️

Stayed for 5 nights. Room was spacious and clean. Good a/c. Bathroom was fine, everything worked. Room cleaning was good. 2 issues really: towels are thin and no hand towels, breakfast was a bit disappointing - little variation from day to day. Staff were polite and friendly.

Very bad service. Stayed 3 nights. Every night there’s a function at the rooftop hence you cannot use swimming pool. No advise to guests which was very rude as guests are paying customers as well. They should at least indicate it on their website or booking profile that swimming pool is unaccessible. Fitness gym is unuseable. Only have weights, bench, elliptical and treadmill. There’s nothing else. Treadmill needs service. Booked accomodation with breakfast which is horrible. No dishes, food trays always run out of food, instant coffee is better than the coffee they serve. Asked for an omelet but it never came and already waited 30mins+. Walked out the door and grabbed a proper breakfast somewhere else. Rooms are ok, cleanliness can be improved and laundry needs an upgrade. Pillow covers, doona and towels have stains. For locals trying to get dried fish products to bring overseas, they dont allow you to bring them inside your room. You will have to leave them at the reception. Staffs have sniper eyes for these goods. Never experienced this in any accomomodation. We booked to enjoy these amenities but were not able to use any of this. We were better off booking a place with better service than this hotel. The only good thing I can commend is the great location very close to convenience store, laundry, shopping, restaurants, salons and money changer. I cannot recommend this to other travelers. Management needs some actions to do. Edit: uploaded photos. Unhygenic.

We stayed here on new year's eve.. Our room has good view of fireworks and entire Cebu City. The dinner food was great especially the lechon belly and their breakfast buffet is also delicious. We would like to come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
