First time in California, I was afraid I might not be able to find a clean and decent hotel in my budget of $160. But then I read the reviews and came here. The room cost was $150 total ( taxes included). The rooms was very clean and tidy, and downtown is nearby to eat (walkable distance). The check-in guy is very courteous and friendly. So overall I would say a it is 3-star hotel in my book. Thanks for hosting me. Will always book this place when needed.

overwhelming smell of industrial strength fabuloso. but they were nice enough to change my room to one that only had that smell in the bathroom. had to keep bathroom door shut and couldn't use the shower

Had a flight cancel at 2am, hurried over to this motel and was relieved to find it was exactly what I needed. Perfect for a last minute stay or if you’re just needing the basics. Staff is very kind and friendly too.

As a traveling service technician I'm always looking for a good place to rest my neck. I knew of this hotel back in the 80s when it was cable car hotel. Even then it was the best cleanest Hotel on the peninsula same owners today I believe. And today without any question the best hotel on the peninsula. Clean rooms great management and staff. The housekeeping crew is phenomenal! they work their tails off and make SURE you have everything you need. The owners take great pride in providing a clean and affordable nights rest. Pujan one of the younger staff members and his family always do their best to make sure all your accommodations are met. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up. Best kept secret on the peninsula but not for long The Jig Is Up on the Bay Hill Inn.....as good as gets.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
