The room is small but quite adequate. It's very comfortable and quiet, even though it's next to reception. The bathroom is really nice and the shower has good pressure too. Service is very good.

This has to be the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The room had no windows. It was the smallest room I have ever seen, with no space to open a suitcase. My Taiwanese friend saw it and told me this isn't standard for hotels in Taiwan. There is no staff present at night so it feels creepy and dangerous. The walls are paper thin so I could hear the water flushing down the pipes right beside my bed all night. It was impossible to sleep. The wall by my bed has sellotape holding the wallpaper together. There is no lift so you have to carry your suitcase up multiple flights of stairs. Do not book this hotel. It should be closed down it's that bad.

Super small room with no window. Be wary if you are claustrophobic. There was no space to even open up a normal sized luggage bag. Not that near to taipej station as well, need to walk substantially Pros: supply lots of water. Toiletries all available. Nice bfast places nearby. Good service

There were no lift or elevator, far from train station, check in starts at 1500, check out at 1100, late check out at 1200 charged TWD 200.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
