**ROACH INFESTED!!!!**The staff is very kind. But that is the highlight of this place. If you don't mind bringing home roaches or sleeping with baby roaches everywhere then this is the place to be. We stayed for no less than 5 minutes and were greeted immediately by roaches. We didn't even un-pack and decided to stay somewhere else. (Rather sleep in the car honestly)We thought to give it a chance because we don't got it like that to drop a band on a hotel but there's dirty and then there is this place... absolute no. Stay away at all costs, especially if you have children. Roaches are no joke.

I went to deliver food. I was scared of getting mugged @Midday! I had people follow me from the minute I got there till there I left. The placed looked abandoned, no signage destroyed on the outside. They recently put up the vivo sign & some pretty flowers on the entrance. Don't let it fool you. I saw inside the rooms and they were destroyed.

Honestly, the worst of the worst. It’s like living in the projects. Sketchy people on the grounds,horrible smell, horrible furniture and bathroom needs work. Didn’t feel safe. Didn’t even spent the night. Decided to leave IMMEDIATELY. Wish it was -10 stars.

Was the worst experience for me and my family, we stayed for 13 days and it was a nightmare. INFESTED by COCKROACHES , very dirty place, not cleaning service, nobody in charge for 16 hours, there was a lady in front just from 9am to 3 pm or 5 pm who was very rude! We got just a pouch for one coffee in the first day, and we stayed for two weeks, no change of towels or sheets I do not recommend this hotel

The room was super dirty with a bad smell. We couldn't sleep all night. They should be more careful and always clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
