The staff are wonderful. The lobby was clean and well kept. The rooms were mostly ok. Our bathroom mirror was dirty and the faucet on the tub leaked but those were really the only negatives. Traffic was kinda hard to navigate to get into the parking lot but that's because we live out in the country and aren't used to big city driving.

This room is very bad for black people! When black people leave they check our rooms but I noticed when white people leave they dont check! Ask for a 50 deposit but I didn't see any of the white people being asked for a deposit! So I sat there thinking I'm wrong and they gave there card and left! Me and two other black Americans one woman and a men we was looking at each other like 🤯wow. And they have a black staff that goes along with this and that is what makes it sad 😢. I will never go back to this room! They kept my money saying I smoked and I don't even smoke but some people next to my room was! I didn't get crazy for 50 bucks but I had to right this and I will be posting it on Utub Facebook IG and anywhere I can. A bad place for black people I promise you

Please DO NOT stay here. We stayed here the night of a Lions game using Priceline the room rate was 3x as much as normal and was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The place reeks of cigarettes and weed, the paint and ceiling spackle were peeling off, we found weird stains on the mattress cover, everything was peeling off in the bathroom. The carpet was coming up. We did not feel safe staying at this hotel either, had both locks set and propped the chair in front of the door. The only reason why we ended up staying is because we paid $230 for a room and it was non-refundable. We got back there late after the Lions game and left as soon as possible in the morning. The free breakfast also is really nothing coffee, yogurt, toast… I would not waste your money staying here, it’s not worth the horrible experience.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever almost stayed at. I say almost because we checked in, saw the rooms and immediately got another hotel. The rooms smelled like weed, were dirty, and completely awful. We immediately felt unsafe. We left the keys on the tables in the room and did not checkout at the office. We got a call later asking if we had been to the room because the door was open. We did not leave the door open, so this means someone had been into our room while we were gone. Thank goodness we got another room.

Worst hotel stay ever! Room was very old! Hot tub had chips all over it and had been painted over many times. The hot tub was also too high to get up into and out of. The carpet was all nasty in front of the hot tub. The bathroom was updated but there is a 2 inch step to the bathroom that trips you. The bath tub and sink had hair left over. The toilet had to be flushed 3 times after every use. There is no refrigerator, microwave or sitting chair. The breakfast was small and so low quality!! And the topper was only one ice machine and it was broken. When we asked the desk about ice we were told that we could walk to CVS next door and buy a bag of ice at our expense. We walked past many rooms that were not being used that had nice updated hot tubs. I made my reservations months ago and paid a lot of extra because there is a concert on town. I will never return!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
