I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the hotel, and I must say it was far from the pleasant stay I had hoped for. From the moment I entered the hotel, there were noticeable issues that significantly impacted my overall impression. One of the most disappointing aspects was the breakfast. Not only was the food mediocre and typical, but the atmosphere was marred by the presence of homeless individuals who seemed to have found their way into the breakfast area. It was disconcerting to have breakfast with such unexpected "friends" and certainly not the kind of experience one would expect from a reputable hotel. The breakfast itself was open to the public, contributing to a lack of exclusivity for hotel guests. This made the dining area crowded and noisy, further diminishing the quality of the dining experience. Moving on to the room, it was evident that the furnishings were outdated and in poor condition. The overall ambiance was dark, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The elevator, a crucial part of any hotel experience, was also in bad condition, adding an element of discomfort and concern for safety. To make matters worse, there was no room service available. This absence of basic amenities left guests without the convenience of having meals or other necessities delivered to their rooms. It was a significant letdown, especially considering the expectations one has for a hotel stay. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marked by a series of disappointments, from the unappealing breakfast experience with unexpected "friends" to the subpar room conditions and lack of essential services. I would advise potential guests to carefully consider their options before choosing this hotel for their stay.

We came as a group, and 6 of the other families all had leaking shower nozzles. So loud you could hear it. We were there for four days, and it was reported several times, but never addressed. We had hot water the first night, but cold to colder the following nights. The hotel is generally dirty and not well maintained. The gym was dirty and the water dispenser appeared to be broken for several years. The breakfast was the worst “free” breakfast I’ve ever had. Prepackaged yogurt was the only thing you could trust to eat. Staff were nice, and receptive to the issues, but never addressed anything. I felt like they know this is a tourist trap and just kept saying, “They would fix it tomorrow,” knowing we would be gone. There are much nicer hotels near them for around the same price

When we got into our room the faucet in the shower wasn't just dripping but had a steady stream of water coming from it. We called the front desk and she let us know no maintenance worker was scheduled and there was nothing they could do. We ended up just leaving and they apologized with no refund. The location and price were nice but I don't think it's worth it.

I stayed yesterday evening at the Baymont Hotel at 55 E Robindale Road, Las Vegas, Nevada yesterday I was greeted by Benny, who was very friendly and accommodating. I specifically requested at the time that I made my reservation that I be placed in a private and quiet room, due to my issues with Insomnia. Unfortunately, I was placed in a room where there was a dog residing beside. The dog was barking throughout the night and kept the up. In addition, there were alot of deficiencies and concerns with the room, including the following.... 1) Blood on the carpet and curtains. 2) Mucus/Snot on the walls. 3) Burned out light bulbs. 4) Open & exposed wires 5) Cigarette burns in carpet. 6) Gum in carpet. 7) Stains on bed. I booked this hotel based on outstanding experiences with Wyndham Hotels, in particular Baymont. This experience and location do not meet this standards in anyway.

Overall descent, we had a comfortable 2-night stay. The location is excellent, a lot of convenience stores, gas, fast food joints and restaurants in close proximity. Not too far away from strip - about 6-7 miles. Employees here don't seem too pleased or happy. You just dont get the happy vibe here with some of the working staff. They don't smile when they see you. Employees don't always greet you as well when they see you. We love our room and the amenities. Has a tub and shower combination, refrigerator, and microwave. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Ice was not available on the 3rd floor but wasn't so much of an inconvenience. Recommended for 1-2 night stay.
