        Everything this place promises it does fulfill. Has all the amenities you need. Very clean. One thing I like very much, but can be strange to others, is that it's full autonomous, you check-in, get the keys, go to your room all by ourselves, but the instructions are precise and very easy to follow. All good but wifi could be better. I would love to have some water bottles in the room too.

        Stayed here for 4 nights (someone in my family made the booking) and we were really upset that the apartment did not have a lift. Not sure if it was mentioned on Booking.com but even if it was, we did not seem to catch it prior to booking so maybe the management can make it clearer for future tenants. We had to carry a few large suitcases by ourselves up multiple flights of stairs.. The apartment itself was fortunately pleasant & clean. It was very spacious given that it’s an apartment in London! Kitchen was complete with a stove, microwave, oven, utensils & plates/cups. We also enjoyed the location, it was walking-distance with the tube & multiple eateries/shops within the Bayswater area. W The worst part however, was our next-door neighbour who was very loud especially late at night and as the walls were thin, we could hear everything she said/did. Kept slamming her doors and screaming over the phone well past 1AM. We had trouble sleeping most nights. All in all, an OK stay for the price.

        Currently staying in this apartment and I'm quite disappointed. It is not remotely as nice as the photos indicate. Check in was not easy and required multiple phone calls and they did not send instructions. Furniture is dated and stained. The bed, which is an American full is extremely hard. There is duct tape over the ceiling light and the entrance hall has an awful smell. The WiFi is not good enough to work remotely and there is no door to the bedroom. I do not recommend staying here.

        Even we where put into the Basement, we had a good time there. Room ist ok and was a perfect fit. Keylock system was ok too. we Would definitl go there again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
