We booked the hotel after a brief search and stayed there for 3 days. Our stay was quite amazing, the rooms were quite good and the service was excellent. Must visit if you are planning to stay in Langkawi for a business or a pleasure trip. The reception personnel were quite friendly and helpful too. Thank You Bayview for the amazing service and for the memories

Great location, view from the room is decent and in walking distance to shops, mall, street food etc highly recommended. Staff are friendly, in hotel food is not the greatest I have attached images but it’s available so it’s convenient. I also have attached an image of a room which you can use to book excursions, the lady who served us with this was not very friendly or good with customer service skills so we didn’t use her again we ended up booking them outside the hotel however again the option is there. Duty free shops available all around the outside of the hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection.The staff were all very friendly(having beautiful smile always)helpful . The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, and the tourist sites. Room was clean with the essentials,We would definitely stay there again. Good value for the money.Would definitely recommend Thank you!

A bit dated hotel. Comfy and somewhat clean. Big and quite spacious room. Nice pool at level 4 with sauna and spa available at level 3. Kids playroom at level 3 is a plus... 👍👍 👍 Breakfast buffet is quite good too... 👍 👍 👍 Very friendly and helpful staffs here. Will assist you with your luggage and give great tips for your holiday planning in Langkawi. Located in Kuah Town, many duty free shops nearby. Easy to get to many landmarks in Langkawi. Overall, it's was a great stay..! Value for money...! 👍 👍 👍

One of my favorite hotel in Langkawi. As a regular traveller, I found this hotel is most friendly, modern and spacious. The breakfast is so lavish that, one can not finish eating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
