Even before our arrival, the team was very responsive with my inquiries via e-mail. Which really made such a good first impression and although I was concerned that no one would be able to greet us once we arrived at property- a young gentleman with a warm smile greeted us at once as if he was expecting us. He made the check-in process quick and we hurried inside our well made up clean room, took a shower and slept all day. By noon, we received a surprise cake as we were celebrating our first anniversary as a couple. I am so glad to have chosen such a beautiful and lovely boutique hotel whom personalizes these little details and makes each guests feel super special. The house keeping always cleaned our room daily as well as the breakfast buffet staff always greeted us with the warmest welcomes when we'd wake up. I do recommend ordering the Bazzar special omelette! Its very yummy. I also appreciate how the front desk was always willing to help with any questions and inquiries we had over directions. Overall would definitely book this hotel again! One advise I would make that could be improved is if they had room service menu so guests don't have to order outside food especially in the late nights between 11pm-4am since our time zones were adjusting we kept getting hungry however, restaurant at the lobby was closed so we had no choice but to get outside food delivery service. But this is just a small detail. We enjoyed our stay overall!

If you want to be near the old town this hotel is perfect. The design is modern and visually capturing, the service is personalised and friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. The view from the hotel isn’t awe inspiring but the hotel makes up for it with design and well fitted amenities.

Great location, very good hotel for the correct price. We stayed for 3 nights, everything went smooth and to the highest standards. I booked hotel 10 days before our arrival, it was early morning check in (4am). We were welcomed very warm even it was middle of the night. Hotel looks new and fresh, very retro style with interesting set of colours. Room quite simple but comfortable, mattress very firmed and on a harder side, which we loved. Bathroom with shower, lack of some-kind of shelf or storage for products so we had to keep them in the main closet which is outside of bathroom so it was not that inconvenient for us personally. Breakfast is served from 8am (which is a bit late for my standards) until 11am. Very nice and polite personnel, happy to help with any problems that u might have or advice you where to eat and drink. I definitely will come back to this hotel and I already recommend to some of my friends. It is a good choice for the money and location is very good. Recommending for sure!

I'm currently staying here for the 3rd time. Bazzar will always be my first choice when visiting Tbilisi. A new(ish) hotel with nice design, fantastic central location (but rooms are still very quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing), comfortable rooms, really nice breakfast. Above all else though, it's the staff that make this hotel special. Fantastic team who make returning here feel like coming home.

The best hotel ive ever stayed in Starting from the welcoming ,, made us feel at home The room was so comfy The breakfast was amazing and they also have great coffee Perfect location ,, walking distance from everything Loved everything Looking forward to coming back again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
