Sapa Bb Hotel If you’re looking for a relaxing restful night stay with a pleasant customer service from the front desk manager or supervisor … this is “NOT” the hotel you want to drop your hard earned money on. At 830pm on our 1st night — I went down to the front desk to inquire as to when the loud thumping terrible techno music will cease so that I can finally get rest & the rude Hotel supervisor Mr. Cao gave no sympathy other than that our room is directly below their hotel Skybar & music will not end until midnight! I then proceeded to state that the Agoda listings should state that there is a bar that will have “loud thumping music” until midnight… so bottom line—this unprofessional Hotel supervisor didn’t even offer to move us. In fact, I was met with a stern, you pay more and I will move you away from that side of the hotel that’s quieter! I had to call Agoda 2 times & only on my 2nd contact to Agoda giving my proposal of refunding my money so I can book a book a decent quiet hotel for a much needed nights rest, then Agoda made something happen. We got a knocking on our door by the bell boy to move us to the other side of the hotel, which you should could still here the music but it wasn’t as bad as the other room where the music was literally in your room! The next night at the what I thought was suppose to be a relaxing quiet spot, fell short again!!! They had a party in main floor dining room and the obnoxious loud screaming from the DJ or karaoke was completely obnoxious!!!! This hotel has no sense in sound proofing the (sub floors nor the walls between rooms or double pane glasses)… get with the times and stop lining your pockets owners & investors !!! ***Folks looking for a restful quiet place to rest —- LOOK ELSEWHERE, this is not the place you want to be!!!!

All were good, except the behaviour of front office staff name Louis(i was surprised to see this kind of behaviour in vietnam, whatever places we have visited all hotels, local people are so coopertaive and with smiling face) he was very rude to us in all the manner, no gesture towards guest. When we checked in at 11pm he didnt bothered to ask for luggage drop to our room, we managed by ourself. When ask for a tickets booking for fansipan he denied and after few minitues other staff came he gave us the tickets also. So pathetic, rude and arrogant. Management should take action against this kind of behaviour.

Beautiful rooms with balcony, oversee the city, right next to the railway station, which takes you to Fansipan summit. Great food great services.

If you want a good hotel in central Sapa, this will be a good choice. There was nothing to fault in the Hotel itself: staff were friendly and very helpful, room was big even with an adjoining lounge, it was clean, our room was not noisy, the breakfasts had variety. The central location gives ready walking access to shopping, bars, and restaurants. Being central, it is in a busy area. Walkers looking for a calm , traffic-free climb amid pleasant gardens and a view of the city can ask for directions at Reception.

this was an excellent hotel with clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The dining area was also spacious and the food excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful in particular the cocktail barman Mr Vi. He supplied a "Ginger Attack" that was just the thing to recover from a cold wet day in hills. He also made a great "Vienna coffee". Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable and good value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
