We ended up renting a room in this hotel after a disastrous experience in another hotel in Sapa. Needless to say we were not disappointed this time. The hotel is situated on top of Sapa but not too far from the city center. The room was beautiful, clean, and really comfortable. The service at the hotel is excellent. Breakfast (lot of choices both European and Asian food) as well as the restaurant during the day were also of good quality. Sure it may be a bit pricey compared to the many other hotels in Sapa but it was really worth it and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a race package. About 5-min uphill walking distance from busy Sapa square which is good as less traffic noise. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. Got confused with the air con as it was not cool. We were told that we could inform hotel staff to switch from warm mode to cool mode but still wasn’t cool for us so we opened balcony door instead.

Bewildered by reviews of great sumptuous breakfast?!? Fried noodles, steam sweet potato, steam corn, bread station, pho/bun station, cold banh cuon, usual fruits, salad, yoghurt?!? Hardly anything to single out as highlights of one's stay. In fact rooms are old and dark, single bed is so tiny, no bidet for such chilly locale, swimming pool is 200m away, shower screen covers only a small section of bathtub, means the toilet becomes wet and cold.. Perhaps saving grace is location away from the din but close enough for the convenience, the manicured gardens and the extra extra large bath towels. Despite many empty rooms, staff would not oblige to assign a room with a better view.

A bit confused about its identity. There is a lot of "Victoria Hotel " branding around the rooms and buildings. It is fine but a bit run down with quite a lot of obvious external maintenance issues. The ceiling of the indoor pool is disgusting, covered in green mould. The breakfast was pretty lackluster. The staff were lovely but English is not a strong point. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a short walk from the town centre, so excellent location.

Fog, fog, fog during the two days that we stayed. It is a ten minute walk to Fansipan furnicular from the 15th floor exit. Grest breakfast. We will stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
