I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, and there were no complicated people in the vicinity, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel also had excellent security measures in place, requiring guests to register upon entering the premises. The customer service at the hotel was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They replied to my inquiries promptly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with elegant decor that gave the property a sophisticated feel. The facilities were also excellent, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic city view from my room. The view was breathtaking, and I enjoyed spending time in my room, taking in the sights and sounds of the city. The bedroom itself was incredibly comfortable and quiet, making it easy for me to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay

Very good room, with window with a very open view and plenty of sunlight. There was many hidden fees, like cleaning service fees and some taxes, which were not really expected and usual, maybe agoda interface didn't help notice these extra charges clearly while booking, so be careful when u book about the total you are paying for your nights. Still no regrets, the room was worth it, location is perfect, near tourist areas but in a quiet neighborhood, big grocery stores next to it and it's 5 minutes walk to a well connected metro station. Special thanks to ashok, he went above and beyond in finding my credit card after i checked out and coordinated well for a safe and timely delivery. There is a swimming pool and gym in the building. And it is mostly expats staying there. One thing to add: closet was not clean enough

Is not a happy situation with the handler as he is being bad attitude and provide unreasonable story and made up some changes and extra charges without any advance notify or advise on Agoda platform. Hope to see their management get more improvements. :(

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
