We’re so happy we chose to stay here! It was perfectly located for sightseeing in a nice neighborhood and the building was gorgeous! With a classic old fashioned open wrought iron elevator with red velvet seat that instantly transports one to another era! The apartment was tastefully decorated in classic style with stunning original Moroccan floor tiles, an enclosed terrace overlooking a vast classic Spanish courtyard. Three bedrooms two bathrooms a well-stocked kitchen (with an ironing board & iron which was greatly appreciated)! We were visiting for just a few days for a family Wedding and it was so much nicer to be able to optimize as much time as possible together, in more of a ‘home type’ environment than we typically would have in individual rooms, isolated from each other. My cousin and her family of 6 rented the attic apartment one floor above us and it was just so much fun for all of us to be so close together. Both apartments had nice areas for lounging and entertaining. With none of the typical tacky eyesores like bad art or ugly curtains that you normally see even in the best of hotels. The building staff and management was also lovely and very attentive. Will definitely be staying here next time when we return! Thank you, Rocamora Apartments!! Olivia & Jason Joseph

A perfect place to visit Barcelona. Due to its location, its communication with any address. Regarding the apartments, I can say that they are luxurious due to their space and distribution. Our family, if we were to go to Barcelona again, we would hire these apartments.

There is nothing wrong with the place - nice decor and good space. But it is located right next to a nightclub that plays music so loud from Wednesday to Sunday that you can't sleep. If you don't want to be in the apartment from 22:00-02:30 then it is recommended - otherwise not.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
