we stayed here for three nights it's a very basic hotel but it's alright if you only stay a few nights and plan to spend most of your time in the city anyways :) extra points for the very nice staff & 24h reception 😊 +Clean room +Very nice staff +Cute little balcony for our room and roof terrace for everybody +vending machines and water dispenser +walking distance to multiple public transport stations +elevator and barrier-free -very (!) small room -toilet was only separated by a sliding door made of glass so you had a direct view to the toilet 😅 -we had no closet and no safe in our room -thin walls (you hear almost everything happening inside and outside the hotel)

The room was smaller than what one would usually expect for this price. We got a room facing the street, which was lovely until Friday, when we could participate on the party in the street. The hotel does have interior rooms, which I would advise requesting if you are a light sleeper. A huge plus is that there's a lift and it's an accessible hotel. There's no breakfast but there's a snack bar inside the hotel, which you might like to give a try. That provided the service was impeccable, the room cleaned every day, and with a change of towels. The four star rating is due to the fact that my card was charged prior to the check in and I wished to pay in money. If the hotel knows your check in time, has your details, it's good practice to wait for the guest to arrive on the designated time or bail before charging.

Tiny room (2.5 x 2.5 meters). No pillow. Single bed. Thin walls -- you can hear everything. Bathroom wasn't properly clean. And all of that, for close to 200 euros -- outrageous pricing. In terms of service: unpleasant check-in experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
