I liked my stay as I met some really good people here. The kitchen is well equipped and always full of staffs. Some cleaning staffs were too loud to work or eat peacefully in the kitchen. The location is not far from the centre but the neighborhood is not the safest. Be careful with your belongings in the night or prefer cab while coming back to the hostel. I loved the balcony of our room and the aircondition was a blessing. Receptionists were really helpful.

I would like to give 5 stars but I can't. The place is fantastic, the only problem is the cleanliness of the bathroom, dirty for whole days there is no care. There were dirty tissues left for a whole day! you absolutely must have them cleaned every 2-3 hours, not once every 2 days.

First of all this place itself is great. Booked a double room for my trip because it was my own birthday trip. But there is not a big common area where people are able to catch up or any bar. The Hostel is very clean! They cleaned my room every day. Even changed the towels every day. Had a look at the public bathrooms, they were clean too. The location is a bit tricky. Walked one morning to a nearby café and Google maps sent me through a street packed by homeless. No one else was there walking around. For a solo female not the nicest moment. Another evening I took a street next to the Hostel, looking for a bar. Only Nepalese and Arabic shops were there. No female on the street, especially no other blonde one without a hijab. Gave me a weird feeling. A good 10mins walk away from the City centre. But the metro is just next to it. So if you are looking for a place to go out, choose something else. If you are looking for a great stay to do some sightseeing - book it straight away! Plus there is a lovely restaurant just next to it. It's even Vegan. I am not vegan but food was great.

Hostel was upkept very nicely with a comfy blanket and bed, USB charger plugin, and a locker that is locked by a card they will give you. The shower is hot and nice as well. Highly recommend if visiting Lisbon. When going up the street just a minute or 2, most ubers with a drive less than 20 minutes away is 10 euros or less, very convenient when going clubbing or bar hopping on pink street or around the city. IF YOU WANT TO CLUB, go to LuxFragile, it is by the coast and welcomes tourists, go to the 2nd floor up the stairs and it will play American pop music and have other tourists as well. The ground floor will have Portuguese music. All other clubs are racist and will not let tourists in or upcharge tourists to get in. IF YOU GO TO PINK STREET, it is the party haven with multiple Portuguese clubs/bars/restaurants, be careful with every 10 steps, someone will say cocaine/Marijuana/hash and try to sell you fake drugs. Majority of the time it is fake drugs as I have asked Portuguese people why they are selling here is because tourists will buy their fake drugs.

Worst experience ever! Even though staff might have been nice, for this overpaid room we stayed in I could not sleep a single second in a private 2 bed room that we have booked! It was so so noisy all the time from people showering to people closing and opening the door to walking on the corridor! For 120€ per night, I am super disappointed

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
