A wonderful place to spend my birthday. The staff in all parts of the hotel were great. The entertainment and pool staff were fabulous and gave us a first class holiday. We will definitely be returning.

The holiday has been amazing, all staff were amazing, the hotel was always clean and tidy. Amazing entertainment team, friendly and always up for a laugh. Like to get you involved. Great banter! The food selection wasn’t always great but always something to eat and better than other hotels visited. Free shuttle into the main square, and not to long of a journey. The spa was good value for money, and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Great resort hotel on the outskirts of Marrakech. We went for a few days after staying in the Medina and it's an amazing place to relax outside of the hectic old town. Great food, good drinks selection, friendly staff and amazing grounds. Would definitely go back.

Had a lovely few nights at this great hotel! It’s massive and has lots of things to keep you entertained if you wish! I enjoyed the busy pool the most where i was encouraged by the lovely OUSSAMA 👌🏾🥰 to get involved in fun poolside activities!! Oussama really made my stay the best yet - always giving me the time of day with great conversations and friendly help and banter! Food and as very rich absolutely delicious with something for everyone! Nice modern rooms but could do with a dressing table mirror 🙌🏼🙌🏼👌🏾 Free shuttle to the souks but i just wish i had more time to mooch as most things seemed samey however I only spent a little time out! Need to come back and see the real Morocco- this holiday was a hotel relaxation which i thoroughly recommend!! 💟

100% recommend, the rooms are exactly as shown. The food has been incredible lots to choose from! The entertainment staff are the absolute best and made us feel so welcome and special. Lots of amazing activities to do! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
