We went here in July for 7 days we absolutely loved it the hotel was beautiful the pool was nice cleanliness was spot on every day. Food was delicious loads of variety. The drinks bar was available all day. Pool entertainment all day. Great for families. would come here again and recommend to friends and family.

Had so much fun, great experience. hotel and rooms were very clean the house keeping team clean the rooms everyday. The buffet had a great variety. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. the animation team were great and never let you get bored! Amazing entertainment every night, there great dancers and lovely people that urge to participate and make sure you have fun.

Staff were so lovely & friendly! Very accommodating & clean. Overall an amazing hotel experience, staff are available 24/7 & always happy to help. The Free transfer available from the hotel to the Medina was great, with nice personable tour guides, the only thing was the alcohol is a bit watered down so i would say the wine is your best option but 100% would recommend.

The hotel was very accommodating and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. Location is not too far from the city centre, but a hotel closer to the city is recommended if you like leaving the hotel for a walk in the evening or during the day. The cleaning staff were great, our room was always well cleaned and fresh to return to. Food was delivered well everyday and there are many options to choose from. The animation team were very lovely and welcoming, especially Kylie, a very kind young lady who always ensured to speak to you about how your holiday is going and providing a range of activities for both adults and children to enjoy throughout the day. Receptionists are always keen to help, whether it’s for a booking a taxi or needing more information. Definitely recommend for a relaxed holiday and good weather!

Very pleasant experience and made it a memorable family stay in Marrakech. The hotel staff are hospitable and extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The buffet restaurant provides a true taste of Moroccan cuisine with very fresh produce. The menu is also vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
