We loved our stay at Be Nomad. Our private room on the ground floor had beautiful decor and the upstairs rooftop area was a great place to relax, the location is also great for strolling round the Medina. The customer service was the highlight of our stay - Chafik was the friendliest person we’ve met on our travels and so helpful, even going to the local shop to buy and set up a SIM card for us and always there to help us with a smile. If I owned a hotel I would want to hire him! And the communication from Mouad via WhatsApp was excellent, including setting up a very smooth airport taxi transfer where we were met by Chafik who walked us to the hotel despite it being 1am. Highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Mouad, I believe is the manager, was amazing, of course friendly and welcoming, sociable, humble, generous and professional. In the hostel, there is a small and beautiful kitchen at the entrance, two terraces. I slept and napped by the way in the terrace. the hostel were calm so I could rest any time. for security there is lockers with keys.

A brilliant hotel/hostel, we had the private room and the bed was very comfortable and cosy room. I loved the pastry of the breakfast changed each morning along with Moroccan tea and juice and lots of other things. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location is also brilliant a 5 minute walk from the square give or take on traffic in the alleys. Definitely Recommend and would come back in a heartbeat.

I really liked my stay at this hostel- it's cozy with friendly atmosphere and beautiful interior. You can chill at the hostel rooftop at comfortable sofas and pillows. Hosts were extremely friendly- I could get my breakfast for takeaway and I also used the luggage storage during my trip out of Morocco. Rooms are equipped with the cabinets that can be locked so it gives you the privacy and security.

We stayed 4 nights in Be Nomad. It was all very clean and staff was amazing. It was sometimes a bit warm in the rooms, but not a big deal. It's quite calm, but you still have the opportunity to meet other travelers. Very good location (in my opinion).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
