Absolutely terrible service. We had a death in the family and couldnt make the trip. They said there is nothing they can do to help us to get even a partial refund on our trip unless we contact through expedia. Then they ignored expedia for 4 days, and kept giving them the same number for the reservation line which no one would answer.. I even offered to provide all documentation. Disgusting how all they care about it making a quick buck and not their patrons. I would never book with this hotel given how unaccomodating they are and unsympathetic.

The online listings of this place makes it look so much nicer than in real life. Sadly this place was quite a disappointment. We had a junior suite and some of the lights weren't working (also why does any room need 20+ light switches?!), the shower door was missing. The service we received on check in just felt like sleazy salesman up selling (they were doing a hard sell on tours which really put us off). The breakfast was okay but the fruit platter was small. Thankfully we only paid £81 a night for 4 nights which was fine, but the full listed price would have been an incredible rip off.

BEWARE! WARNING! If I can give this a lower review, I would. It's so loud from the music they have every night, you will not get any sleep. They refuse to turn the music down on Rooftop. It has a good location, but if you expect to get any sleep on your travels, do not stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location, people commenting about being too loud need to research the area before booking!! The rooms were nice, the bed was not the best, not the worst. I will definitely come back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
