I booked the Beach Boutique Hotel for my entire 7-day stay in Santorini. The hotel is perfectly located, transportation from the airport took 15 minutes. The hotel offers direct access to the beach, has its own bar and restaurant, as well as a small but practical swimming pool with comfortable loungers and beds, which are available free of charge to hotel guests. The hotel itself is charming, with just 12 rooms and the location it is a true "Beach Boutique Hotel." The hotel's rooms are renovated and cleaned daily, including replacing towels with new ones. The rooms offer a balcony with either a sea view or a mountain view. In both cases the view is good. The hotel offers breakfast, which is excellent! The food selection is not huge, but how much food can be prepared for 20 guests? In my opinion, the choice is sufficient, the food is fresh, tasty and will satisfy everyone. In the vicinity of the hotel there are plenty of stores, restaurants, not far from the car rental, summer cinema. In a word, everything your heart desires. It is also a great place to start exploring the island. For my part, the hotel receives 5 stars, which are 100% deserved. I would also like to address the many reviews that can be found on the profile relating to the beach and the location of the hotel: - The whole of Kamari is located in the vicinity of the airport and it is natural that planes fly in close proximity. This is not a feature specific to this hotel but to the whole village! I personally did not mind it at all and even added to the charm. The noise was not a nuisance in any way. - Sun loungers on the beach are free after ordering a drink, meal or snack. This is standard in most places in Kamari and should not affect the opinion of the hotel - People offering massages, vendors on the beach are not employees of the hotel and they move all over the beach! Fact they can annoy, but what impact does it have on the rating of the hotel? Greetings to the entire hotel staff. You work hard to please the guests!

Very happy we ended up at Beach Botique Hotel. The staff was amazing. They were fun to be around, hung out near the bar and pool and we felt like friends. Right on the beach road with all the shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Room was small but we had a patio and sea view. Would definitely stay there again.

Great if you want to be near the beach with volcanic black stone and lots of restaurants. Also low flying planes as its very close to the runway. In essence if you want to be in the thick of it and dont mind noise then your probably ok otherwise find something a bit further back off the front and further from the airport

The hotel is located just off the beach. There's a a small pool and free sunbeds on the yard. An OK breakfast, not too fancy but better than I expected. The rooms are quite small but we weren't here to stay in our room all day. The receptionist is really sweet and helpful. She helped out with rental of a quad bike and other things. Recommended if you're not too picky.

For the perfect location the unique style of the rooms! Its a hotel only special people!! The staff is so friendly and always at your disposal to satisfy you! English cooked breakfast along with Lisa's warm goodmorning just to start your day with a big smille

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
