        This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. (Learnt a lesson to read reviews first). After seeing the room I actually asked for a refund and they refused. So I had no choice but to stay. Badly furnished, unmatched linen, and non matching towels. I had to buy new linen and towels to make myself comfortable as I was not sure when it was last changed or cleaned. The cutlery was the cheapest and nastiest I have ever seen and nothing matched. Crockery chipped and old and nothing matched. Pool was empty, and full of leaves. Garden unattended. This place should not be operating as a Guesthouse.

        The propert is very poorly maintained ...nothing like a guesthouse at all. The bedding had no duvet inner . Different colour bedding. There was no egg lifter and proper cutlery . The place is not looked after and maintained . The backyard is a mess and outside our room window was scaffolding that totally ruined our sea view. Not even sugar available .. Wont call this a guest house at all. No water in pool . The blinds are dirty and ugly I can go on and on. Never will we book there again.

        The view is amazing but the rest is disappointing. The place itself is not well furnished there's no dining room suite, enough couches and the lounge curtains are inappropriate. The place itself is not graded by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and there's no signage outside. WiFi connection is good and bad, the kitchen is filthy and there's no cutlery and crockery. The fridge is small and there are no cleaners to keep a good hygiene standard. The Windows in rooms are not cleaned at all and the TV channels are weird, there's no dstv and the are flies in the kitchen . Outside the pool is dirty and the yard is not taken care of. There's no garden or fresh flowers. To me it seems as if the house was bought and rented out and there's no cleaning equipment in the kitchen. The bedding and linen are also not up to standard. Pictures provided are false

        Most lied about place. NOTHING was as on website. Bedding dirty. Mould on blinds and wall. TV sparked at socket. Other TV not working. Disgusting rusty hangers. One towel as had to ask for another which was damp when given. Swimmingpool had hardly water. And even that was filthy. Curtains in lounge most unattractive hanging off rails. Smells awful.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
