        Prime location, walking distance to the mosque, Chinatown MRT Station and bus stop. The female dorm room of 6 persons is so small. It would be more comfortable if curtain for privacy reason is available on each bunk bed. The female bathroom is clean, hot shower & hair dryer is provided, but no clothes hanger inside the shower room.

        It's a great experience to stay here. The resepsionis is so kind and helpful. The only problem is the hotel is on the second floor, it's very difficult for a wheelchair person . The location is near Maxwell station and Maxwell food court

        Staffs do their best to keep the hostel clean . Daily. They really do. Sometimes, it's the guests who don't maintain hygiene. As per what I noticed. I loved this hostel. Comfortable, clean beds, location is great. Washrooms are cleaned well daily . Staffs are really sweet and always ready to help out if any assistance needed. Dormitory ( female) is a cozy room, all white, lockers are of a good size to accommodate all our stuffs,place feels homely, nice people around, safe and quiet. If only there are curtains fitted in beds to get some privacy. That would be great. I had a great stay here, no doubt . Definitely a place to stay during your stay in Singapore. Price is of great value too. In early arrival or post check out, they permit keeping luggage in a common area. And it's safe. Cctv's all round the place. It's also family friendly, this hostel. AC and Fan works great. Washroom has shampoo cum shower gel, Toilet paper, Hair dryer, hot water, shower heads , everything that one needs. Everything is set up nicely for comfort and convenience of the guests. Wifi is great too. In a prime location and super close to the Metro Station. Everything is at walking distance. Great job 👏 Thankyou so much. With love , India 🇮🇳

        Very bad hostel! The location is good, the bathroom is also clean, but the rest is very bad. Our room was very damp, the walls were covered in mold and the whole room smelled of the mold. When we wanted to change, we were offered an even worse room. The automatic curtains didn't open and close properly, it was very loud and too bright at night.

        Cleaning staff is very unfriendly. Entered the room with loud music playing. Then scold me. She scolded me in Chinese and was insensitive that I didn't understand Mandarin. She also didn't seem to be trying to explain what she was talking about in English. Her behavior was very impolite. She ordered me to step aside to sweep the floor and ordered me to get rid of my suitcase in a fit of rage. She could have told in a better and proper way. You don't need to be gentle, the important thing is how to be polite. Here space is also very limited for suitcases. I also got yelled at over a suitcase that didn't belong to me. But when she came back to the room to mop and met the guest (my roommate) who looked like a Chinese, she said hello and didn't yell at her to clean the floor. What a very different treatment (i'm not chinesean by the way). Completely impolite. Improve your service. It's useless if the quality of the room is good but the staff is not even polite. It's bare minimum for all human to be polite. I don't care what star hotel you are but to be a polite person in speaking to other people, especially as an officer at the hotel, you must be polite at least. I'm not asking for hospitality. Polite is enough. Try evaluating your employees again. What a shame and racist.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
