        Fast, open communication and solution oriented service! I had to travel last minute to Cape Town for 90 days in peak season, and it was a challenge to found an apartment that suited my needs on Airbnb. When I got in touch with Jessica, she was a rockstar in presenting properties. She negotiated a great deal with a reasonable price for my long term stay. Eventually, I was so excited about the place she found, there was a slight miscommunication about the check-in date. When I was on the airport to Cape Town, I texted her and she mentioned that check-in was going to be 3 weeks later. (I totally misread the message in that moment.) Me slightly panicking about not having a place that night (I arrived at 10.45 pm) she found a new place for me close to my preferred location, and she offered me a discount (while she didn't had to do this) as she took responsibility for the mis communication. Jessica and the team have delivered a great experience even though there were some challenges along the way. The check-in was fluent and they did everything to help me out. Most importantly, I slept like a baby that night! All my upcoming trips will be booked with CTHA and I can recommend this service to anyone!

        Constant Disruptions and Questionable Practices Booking accommodation for a holiday usually comes with the expectation of a hassle-free and pleasant stay. Regrettably, our experience with Cape Town Holiday Apartments was marred by continuous disturbances and questionable management practices. First and foremost, the company insists on two cleanings per month, which on paper might seem like a thoughtful service. However, the execution was far from efficient. They consistently failed to provide us with adequate notice regarding when these cleanings would occur. This lack of transparency and planning became incredibly problematic, especially given our daughter's online schooling schedule. The inability to confirm a specific time and date for cleanings was not only inconvenient but also disruptive to our holiday plans. What heightened our concerns further was an off-hand comment made by one of the cleaning staff. My wife was informed that theft was an ongoing issue within the company. Knowing this, combined with the fact that cleaners had keys to all apartments, did little to inspire trust or peace of mind during our stay. Adding to our grievances, reaching out to the agents responsible for our property proved to be a constant challenge. On the rare occasions when we managed to get a hold of them, the tone was anything but helpful or customer-friendly. If you're considering staying at Cape Town Holiday Apartments, brace yourself for unexpected disruptions and an overall lack of communication and professionalism. There's a plethora of accommodations available in Cape Town that promise and deliver a seamless experience. Do your research and choose wisely.

        Worst experience ever. Stay away if you would like your full deposit returned at the end of your stay and not be blamed for missing items you know absolutely nothing about. If you need help during your stay, forget it. They are never available. Also, when you need to buy electricity, you first need to pay the outstanding fees on the electricity box, before you receive any units. This and numerous other issues make this agency a no-go.

        Disappointing Experience with Cape Town Holiday Apartments I felt compelled to share my recent experience at Cape Town Holiday Apartments. Service is the backbone of any hospitality business, and unfortunately, the service here was far below par. From the start, there were communication lapses and questionable practices. Most notably, after our departure, we were informed that an iron was missing from our apartment. The puzzling part is that no outgoing inspection was conducted with us. The responsibility of checking the items in a rented property should be transparently shared between the host and the guest. To further complicate matters, new guests moved in the very next day after our departure. The management, instead of checking the apartment immediately, waited for the new guests to vacate before revisiting the issue of the missing iron. Their reason? "To do the courtesy of trying to find it after the new guest left." This approach is not only convoluted but also raises questions on the management's efficiency and intent. To add salt to the wound, they refunded our deposit but deducted a ZAR550 charge for a replacement iron. They bought a ZAR401 iron and used the rest of the money for the cost of someone buying the iron, without justifying any of this with us. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their options before booking at Cape Town Holiday Apartments. What should've been a memorable trip became an exercise in frustration and mistrust. There are numerous accommodation options available in Cape Town that uphold the principles of transparency, respect, and excellent service. Make an informed choice.

        We were so blown away by our entire experience at Infinity apartment G10. Cherise made for a lovely host, we found her waiting for us upon our arrival and she gave us a warm welcome and walked us through all the great amenities in the apartment and even gave us a mini guide on all things to do around the area. The apartment was exactly as pictured online, if not better. It was immaculately clean and beautifully styled. We absolutely loved the ocean view we got greeted by upon arrival and duration of our stay. Our needs and requests were promptly responded to by Cherise and her team which made our stay that much more pleasant. Thank you for making my birthday weekend that much more memorable. 😊

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
