Went for the very first time yesterday, and I was impressed. This shopping centre is beautifully designed and incorporates many of the original power station features. A good range of high end shops and a good selection of restaurants. Only thing I would say is that need better signage for the car park as we could not find the entrance initially. Also the cost for going up in Lift 109 is far too expensive at £23.50. It also needs a few more coffee shops. Apart from that, a great place to shop.

I love the look of this iconic building and it looks very chic now that it is a shopping mall. Mostly high end stores and a wide choice of restaurants in the food hall. It looked magical at Christmas, with an ice skating rink outside by the river and small Christmas market. Highly recommended a visit, even just to see the power station now it has been put to good use and renovated.

Fabulous concept, stunning building and bustling vibe! What they have done to this building is simply amazing! The now stunning Battersea power station is a newly built village, easy to find with a fantastic spacious underground car park for the public and a dedicated floor for residents. Once inside you find an array of big brand retailers on two floors, well laid out for an overall shopping and eating experience. The food court is found on the top floor where there is an amazing range of themed vendors food coming out the kitchen. Offering street food and favourites, from fish and chips to steak or burrito. The fries were absolutely spot on, even the loaded ones! The food came out freshly cooked, hot and delicious. 😋 I made sure we let Geoff in the kitchen management know how much we enjoyed our food and can't wait to return in the summer. To get in the festive spirit there is a winter wonderland of their own outside, with huts, goods for sale and an ice rink. There are also other places to eat and drink outside too.

Located on one of the most trendiest and posh part of London, Battersea Power Station is an amazing and great place to shop and unwind. I went there in December 18,2023 during the festive season and the place is full of surprises and entertainment for families and occasional shoppers. The shopping mall is trendy and very clean considering it was a power station in the past. Most of the shops are highend brands that cater towards high earners. The facilities are neat and clean. Good elevators service for disabled access. Highly recommended for those who have all the means for shopping otherwise, excellent for those who do window shopping and landmarks hopping. Highly recommended

Wow, wow, wow!!! What an amazing shopping experience! I have never seen anything quite like this place. The set up, the authenticity of the building, the towers which stand like statement pieces. The open bar which houses the original control panels! The lifts that I hear are worth the trip just for the views alone! The array of shops placed in neat rows, side by side. The eateries, such great choices! the Christmas trees, oh what a beautiful sight!! 🎄✨ You cannot fail to be in awe of this location. Walking outside at night you are greeted by the beauty of the towers being lit up, again, Wow!! The apartment buildings that surround the front of the building give it that extra sense of something pretty special. Got to be seen to appreciate it. The only negative? As you walk away from this experience, you are greeted to the real world across the road. I've never understood why they just focus on one small area when there is a world that surrounds it in need of some great TLC.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
