Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very nice. There was a variety of food for breakfast for everyone. We stayed for 5 nights in April. Water in the pool was super cold and did not seem to be very clean. Thamel is just 2 min walk so location is great

The rooms are dirty. Basic cleanliness does not exist. Stains on the walls, on the mirror and on the tv are normal. The bed sheets are dirty even though they claim that they’re new. Towels stink as if they were left in a humid room for a few days. We saw two rooms now because the first one was filthy. Both rooms stink like smoke from cigarettes. The bathrooms isn’t clean either. Stains on the walls and inside the shower are normal. Cleaning staff is not motivated at all! General staff isn’t much better. All in all it’s way to expensive for what you get. Do not visit this hotel!

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of thamel but not in a crowdy street. There is a rooftoppool to cool of after a hot day. The breakfast is good quality. The owner and all the staff are really helpful also with organizing cabs and friendly and speak good English. We stayed 4 nights before trekking to Annapurna Circuit.

We stayed here twice while in Kathmandu, the staff were so attentive and friendly. The breakfast was great, had so many options which changed every morning, so there was a great variety. We stored our stuff for free when we went on a trek which was very accomodating. The manager give us a great recommendation for a massage and personally took us to the location. We also had late check out as our flight was at night which was ideal. Great room service also and a lovely roof top pool! Highly recommend staying here while in Kathmandu

Beautiful rooms and a great location, in the most popular area of Kathmandu yet its tucked away on a quiet road. Had the best sleep and the rooftop was a great place to hang out. Thank you all for your kindness.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
