This morning i arrived in Rome and so at Domus Ubaldi! The room was very confortable and clean! Simone, the host, exlplained us many things about what to see and to do in Rome, He was so kind and friendly. If i'll return in Rome i'll surely come back bere.

My first day in B&B Domus Ubaldi was very good. Simone was very kind and friendly with us and He explained us what to see and what to do in Roma. I'm sure that Next days Will be as beautiful as this first one. I surely raccommand this B&B

Horrible experience. The structure is not of the best quality, card payment is not accepted, even if the opposite is written on Booking with an attached discount, obviously lost. The cramped room consists of an old and very creaky bed, a chair and nothing else, no table or support surface and no free space. The balcony has a sealed frame, so it is not even possible to get a breath of air. The bathroom lacks any basic service, from shampoo in the shower to the bidet. The shower leaks a lot of water causing the room to flood. There is a shared kitchenette and a coffee machine, which immediately prove useless as there are no coffee pods or any breakfast service, despite the structure present as a bed and breakfast. To top it off, the manager was incredibly rude, which started with not wanting to believe that the shower had flooded my room, accusing me of being a liar instead of apologizing, and ended with violent threats after having to argue over a small extension of check out time. Poor quality can be accepted, but at a low price. Here the quality-price ratio tends to zero. Absolutely not recommended, for the same price you can get something decent, or something equally indecent but at a reasonable price. Don't make my mistake, don't book here and if you have already done so... "abandon all hope, you who enter".

Positive: Friendly Negative: House keys almost never work. Leaving/entering the house is best possible with outside help. Otherwise: prison or lockout. 2. The (inadequate) heating of our room was only via the air conditioning because there was no heating. Bathroom unheated. Bedding thin. Consequence: cold We fled early and paid twice for the return flight. Conclusion: Never again Domus Ubaldi.

Very welcoming environment equipped with all comforts, young, friendly staff available at any time and for any information on transport etc. Excellent location near the Cornelia and Baldo degli Ubaldi metro, well served and close to the bus stop. Numerous refreshment points and supermarkets in the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
