We loved our stay! Hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. The location is wonderful. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a cosy nice stay on the last floor of this cute house by the canal. It's one bedroom plus two beds in the living area, with a very green balcony. Everything was very clean, with attention to the details that made it very pleasant. The location by Vondel park was perfect.

We stayed here for a week a couple of years ago and are planning to spend another week here in a couple of months. Frankly, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Amsterdam after our first wonderful time. This B+B is in a wonderful location, just outside the bustling canal ring. As a native born Dutch woman who grew up mostly in the U.S., I was familiar with this general area, having lived near here many years ago. It is relatively quiet, with a lovely canal view, and near the beautiful Vondel park, which you can walk through to get to the Museum quarter and many restaurants. Ideal! Plus the owners are exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms are pleasant and spotless and the breakfasts delicious. I give it my highest recommendation!

Excellent. Lovely room (the garden room, with small garden outside). Fits two people comfortably. Tasty breakfast delivered on a tray, each morning - variety on a rota. Friendly staff. Paul (co-proprietor) explains thing very well. Comfortable bed. OK shower and washroom. (Hot water takes a while to come and then is very hot.) A bit more cupboard space (eg drawers) would be useful. It is important to point out that this B & B is not in the centre of the city but in a suburb. But there is a frequent tram service to the centre and the central station (no 1 is the nearest). Also, it is situated very near the west end of the beautiful Vondel Park. It is delightful to walk through this, and interesting parts of the city can be reached this way (major museums). Moreover, there is a great variety of shops and places to eat and drink close by.

Great location close to bars and restaurants and very friendly owners. Awesome breakfast every morning, really makes for a great start of the day. Mattress a bit on the hard side which might suit some people but not me. Also the curtains don't block out light which unfortunately for me meant no sleep ins. Other than that very much recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
