The Place Is Great and the staff Is lovely. It Is not suitable for couples because twin rooms have bunk beds. Apart from that, everything Is clean and works Great, in a super location.

This whas a very bad place you know🏪. I was going to spend a long time in this hostel so I wanted to feel welcome and a part of this family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, so I had a very simple special requirement. ❤️ . And that was to have a printed 🖨 picture of the movie 📽 groundhog day on my bed when I arrived. But they declined my requirement and it really broke my heart💔. Never ever go to this hostel. They are mean. They don't care about you 🫣 . There is also a crack in the sink in bathroom nr 2🚽.

Only good thing is the location. Wifi not working properly and after check out at 11 am you’re also getting kicked out of the common areas, with the reasoning only for guests. So if your flight is in the evening, your not even allowed to stay inside after check out times.

Although we stayed at the hostel for only 3 nights, we encountered many problems during our stay. From the small things such as the WiFi being too slow and locker space being too small to the big things. We stored our luggage at the deposit and my friend’s luggage got it’s lock broken. The staff told us that nobody could access the room without supervision from them, so they couldn’t find a solution and we had to travel with a broken suitcase. Furthermore, we got stolen 100 euros from our locker. Also, our neighbors were really noise and liked to chat in the room at 2 am, as well as not snoozing alarms and letting them sound for half an hour. I highly discourage anyone from staying at this hostel unless they wanna sleep hugging their belongings.

It's okay. WiFi goes in and out as others have said and the showers don't get warm. The rooms are fine and the service is great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
