This hostel is a great way to start your Thailand adventure. The service, location, rooms and atmosphere is great. Everyone is nice. There’s a poul table and a small gym. What I do think you should know is that there’s an alcohol / drinking vibe. So don’t go if you’re not into that. But if you are, this hostel is amazing!

Absolutely amazing hostel! Second time staying here, last time was back in 2019. Only 2-5 minutes walk from khaosan Road. Dorm rooms are clean and well laid out, with air conditioning. Really good facilities, swimming pool, pool table and a bar that runs happy hour from 5-6pm. Great place to chill early in the day and meet people, get ideas on where to go. Great vibes by late afternoon/evening before heading out to experience the nearby nightlife. Staff are super friendly, helpful and give great service. Couldn't recommend this hostel enough! You guys are awesome!

Details are misleading we thought we had our own bathroom as stated on the details when we booked it. Usually when you book a private room it’s also a private washroom. Bathrooms don’t look taken care of. However, the layout of the hostel is good.

Located hostel in a very busy area. Staff were so kind, lots of activities. The bar downstairs made for very social and fun evenings. They close the bar around 11 pm which was good if you were trying to sleep, everyone just went into the town then. Beds were super spacious. There's plenty of space to store your belongings. The mattresses kinda suck tho & there's a huge ? ventilator ? In the hallway right next to the room which made the loudest noise all night The AC was on 24/7 and was a bit too cold imo, I got sick from the huge difference in temperature. Overal a very social hostel and I'd definitely stay there again!

Worst experience of my life in a hostel. I've never seen such unpleasant staff. When we checked in, they were laughing at us. The security man was aggressive with several hotel guests. I'll skip the details but don't trust their tiktok. The atmosphere is just as bad.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
