Great location, great atmosphere cool building and rooms but I'm rating it 4 stars because the whole time we were staying there, every night, there would be people running around and loud talking on our floor ( I feel like you should be able to talk as you please when you book a hotel room) so the rooms need better soundproofing other than that great place for a great price 4/5

I made 2 friends that worked there. Faf and Be. These 2 individuals went out of their way to be accommodating. Helped with so much. They are not just employees they are friends. Culture is so amazing and these 2 helped us better to understand. I will see them again next year :)

Bedline Hotel is a classy hotel offering generous sized rooms, beds and bathrooms at an extremely affordable price. I wish I had extended my stay. Staff cleaned my room and provided fresh sheets every day. The pool is a nice size and quite cold which serves wonders after a scorching hot day. You can order from the restaurant/cafe and they’ll bring it out to you by the pool. Might I add, I had the best coffee I’ve had in Phuket at this joint - @barbowl. The area itself is quiet but I suspect it would be a little busier/louder in peak tourist season. It’s perfect if you want to stroll around old town Phuket by foot and it’s a convenient 8-12 minutes to head to the busier areas by motorbike. Approx. 24-30 minutes by taxi to Big Buddha and the botanic gardens. Loved it, thanks!😍

it is a very basic hotel. Cleanliness was ok but could be better - I switched from one room to another and in both saw hair on the floor. They don’t even provide soap to wash your hands. Bathroom had a slight stench to it. Insulation not the greatest, my room was at the end and I could hear music from my phone playing with the door closed all the way at the other end of the hall. Could hear doors slamming, people talking but not to the point where i couldnt sleep or anything. The design is nice and the room is actually a decent size. You can use your room card to get a discount at the curry shop and cafe right next door, both delicious. Location not the best if you want action, a little far walk from everything in old town.

Really love our stay here, room is very clean, water running smoothly, friendly staff, they have restaurant and coffeeshop too. I like their terrace design, very green, not so many place in the city pays attention to the green. Would love to come back 🫶🏻

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
