Really amazing place. Team is cool, Service is excellent. Jay welcomed me and my wife on the middle of the night and we felt like coming s as guests to an old good friend. We got the private room with my wife . 100% recommend. ❤️

I recently had a three-day stay in one of your large double rooms, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I encountered an issue with one of your staff members, who introduced herself as the manager. Her manner was quite rude and disrespectful. The issue arose when a friend visited me in my room. It's worth noting that I booked a double room, which typically accommodates two individuals in most hotels and hostels. However, this hostel seems to operate differently. If you fail to declare a second person at check-in, you will be charged an additional 500 Baht, and they will claim that it is part of the hostel's rules and regulations. I want to caution future guests to clarify this rule at check-in to avoid surprise charges. Additionally, I would like to advise the hostel to put rules in the room disclosure to avoid misleading the clients. In my case, when my friend visited me in my room the next morning, the manager demanded an additional payment of 500 Baht. I tried to explain to her that the visitor was my friend, and since I was in a double room, I assumed I was allowed to have one guest. Unfortunately, her response was rather rough and unacceptable. She insisted that I had to pay the extra charge according to their rules. When I refused, I was told to leave the hostel immediately. I was taken aback by the manager's behavior, as it's my worst experience in the many countries I've traveled to and in about the 100+ hotels/hostels I've stayed in. This incident and the behavior of the manager were particularly surprising, as Thai people are generally known for their respectful and friendly demeanor. In addition, I'd like to mention that for those seeking social activities, this hostel did not organize any during my stay. If networking and socializing are important aspects of your travel experience, you might want to consider other options.

Clean hotel. The room and bathroom are also perfect. Cozy hotel to stay. However, you have to train your guy staff about his attitude. He's quite arrogant thou. I went there with my Thai friend, he refused to speak Thai, and he was asking my friend's passport instead of ID card. He was asking my friend in an unsightly way. Also at night, it was raining, and I asked whether the hotel has an umbrella or not. The guy staff directly said 'yes, but you have to give us deposit'. But the other staff (she's a girl) asking me 'sorry, are you borrowing till tomorrow? if so, you have to give us a deposit. If not, then no need deposit'. I just wanna borrow it around 2hrs for seeing around to have dinner. Sorry to say - very uncomfort with your male staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
