We stayed in the apartment 2E and it seemed perfect at the beginning (completely equipped and with plenty of space). However is not gold all that glitters. The duvet had some stains, actually the apartment wasn't too clean and the balcony was useless, as the fan of the ac was placed there leaving no space for anything else (see picture). On the top of that, water started to leak from the bathroom ceiling late in the evening. Although the staff was friendly they didn't give us a solution rather than waiting to the maintenance team to fix the leakage and said it was impossible for them to gave us another room.

Kinda weird place. Nice old apartment, but not really furnished in a comfortable way, not a single lamp, so just harsh ceiling lights. Smells like a urinal cake, every few minutes some sort of sprayer emits a loud smelly spray. Otherwise, the beds are comfortable and the location is great.

Very clean and thoughtfully appointed little apartment. It was comfortable and quaint for four adults. The locations proximity to museums, nice restaurants, and public transit was fantastic. It's in a very nice neighborhood that's safe day or night.

The location is great, the apartments are just okay. We found a cozy studio here via Airbnb for a reasonable price. The location is centric enough to walk around the center of Madrid and come back to your place after. The apparment however is a little awkward with the toilet just next to the bed and the shower just infront. Maybe a good trade-off for a single visitor or a close couple. Be warned.

Great location. Could really do with a least one English language television channel just bbc news would be good. The apartment is very basic but clean. The bathroom is very small. I would return to Good stay apartment for the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
