        Checked in Oct 29. No air conditioning and the room temperature is just too high because there is no airflow. They told me they stopped provide air conditioning cooling service this time of the year and suggested me to open the window. Now, I’m listening to the traffic noise during the mid of night and bear with a warm room with mid-polluted air quality in a luxury brand Marriot hotel in Beijing. Update!: I’m glad that the hotel actually saw my review and updated our room to a lower level. And it is much cooler downstairs. They also gave me access to executive lounge and apologized to me for the inconvenience. The floors over 20 are definitely too warm without air conditioning. Appreciate the quick response and now I’m happy. The breakfast here was very good with lots options. The gym is very big and the equipments are very new and fancy. Overall, I’m happy with the hotel experience and its quick solution to our warm room. Also appreciate that google map review function lol.

        Checked in for a week twice at this hotel. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Doorman by the name POLO was very service oriented leaving a good impression of my stay. Making up of rooms was also thumbs up. Felt safe and homely throughout the stay.

        I just checked in to the Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast. Visiting my in-laws and this was the closest option. It was supposed to be a 11-day stay, but I will be checking out tomorrow. Ahead of checking in today I messaged in the app checking if any upgrade would be possible and they "upgraded" me from a "1 King, High Floor, Skyline view" to "1 King, High Floor, Skyline view, Executive lounge access". I asked in the app and they said the only difference was a higher floor. Hardly an upgrade. At check-in I asked again and this was the best room they could offer. We had a few other questions at check-in and the receptionist was just unhelpful. The hotel is dated and rundown. The place smells moldy. The pool is nice, but the steam room and sauna on the men’s side is out of order, and the steam room on the women’s side is out of order. The general upkeep of this place seems to have been neglected for years.

        I stayed in the Mariott NE for four days during a conference. Even though the hotel is not new any more I had a very nice stay until I checked out. Unfortunately I left my laptop charger in my room charging my earbuds. The hotel was quick to check the room but they only found my charger, no sight of my earbuds. They disappeared somehow. It is a shame that something like this is ruining an otherwise pleasant experience.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
