The building looks grand, and is in a prime location right near the railway station. It took me five minutes and fifteen seconds to walk from Jianguomen metro stop (yes, I timed myself), which is one change of trains away from the Airport Express stop. My room was large and the bed was very nice, and everything was clean and solidly-built. But despite all of this, I would still call it a very nice three-star hotel, rather than anything better. There is no real lobby area when you enter, but just a busy space with a small counter in one corner. There is no bar, or any significant seating in the common area where one would want to sit and chat. So it is as if it were a no-frills business hotel, but with oddly nice rooms. Somewhere practical and functional; if you don't have higher expectations than this, it's a perfectly fine hotel.

I don’t know how this hotel has a low rating here. It was one of the best hotels I stayed at. Spacious room, really nice staff (even tho not all of them speak English they always call someone who does), has a gym and a great swimming pool. Location is also good with a ~10 min walk from the train station. Would definitely stay again!

This is by far the worst hotel experience. Hotel front desk said whole building air conditioning stopped operation from 1 Oct due to cooler weather. They suggested opening windows. Do NOT book this hotel unless you want to sleep in a stuffy warm room. This is a joke in the hospitality industry

all ok except the reception staff are more interested in you getting their "taxi" which is waiting outside believe they get commission for recommended from taxi driver

Not so far from beijing railway and from line 1 subway station. Nice hotel, great gym great spacious room. Aside the hotel restaurants, there aren't stores or restaurants around.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
