        Great Apartment for families and those who love modern lifestyle. It is very new and very well equipped, you don’t have to worry about beach towels, beach toys for the kids or all basic kitchen equipment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they organized a birthday cake, a child seat for the airport transport and helped with recommendations for beaches, trips and restaurants. The location of the apartment is ca. 10 mins from the city by car. The next beach is very close, ideal to jump into the sea in the morning, beaches with more infrastructure are not far away, by foot maybe 20 mins, 5 mins by car. If you wanna go for a run you can do that as well directly from the apartment, alongside the sea…all in all we had a very nice and memorable stay!!!!

        Mrs. Mirta is great host! She took care of every single detail to guest feel comfy. You have everything you need in the rooms, which are very clean! Kitchen is well equipted, with food in fridge for breakfast..you have there cookies, cereals, milk, eggs, coffees, a lot of teas.. I will stay there everytime I am in Split.. and I highly recommend to everyone!!

        What a place to spend some days... The apartment's are pure luxury. Everything is electrical but functional. The pool it's perfect and the gym is very nice as well. It worth every Kuna/Euro that you spend there. You need a car to go to Split old Town and the surrounding beaches because the one near its not exactly a beach. We stayed at Ivana's place and she was so helpful and kind that we can only recommend her 200%. Hope to see you soon.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
