I am absolutely delighted to share my experience of staying at the Bella Bella Riverview guesthouse in Bangkok for over a month. It's been a true pleasure to find myself "stuck" in this remarkable place. The combination of affordability and quality has truly exceeded my expectations. Nestled in a serene corner not far from the bustling chaos of Khao San Road, Bella Bella Riverview has been my tranquil oasis. The quiet neighborhood provided a much-needed respite from the city's hustle and bustle, while still granting easy access to the vibrant energy of Bangkok. What struck me immediately upon arrival was the incredible value for money. Priced at a mere $10 per day, I was treated to an environment that oozed charm and comfort. The guesthouse has managed to strike the perfect balance between affordability and quality, a rare feat that truly sets it apart. One of the highlights of my stay has been the breathtaking view from the rooftop. Gazing out over the iconic Rama 8 Bridge, the scene was nothing short of spectacular, especially during sunrise and sunset. It was a mesmerizing sight that etched itself into my memory. The staff at Bella Bella Riverview have been more than accommodating. Their warmth and hospitality have made me feel right at home. They were always available to answer my questions or provide recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Room with a fan a shower and a toilet and a big brik bed. But the service is poor i dont know if i just got ther on a bad day The key have a big acrylic block atached to it so you sure dont lose it however i prefer not to have something that big in my pocket for its purpose Aside from this i feel it was pretty money based overall a mini shop to buy some drink nothing is given no coffee water anything so bring your own or pay the price on the spot when needed i sure find a deferent place then here to stay but it was worth a try and i cant say it was bad or non wellcomming i sure use it again if i dont see other options but ther sure is better options

Welcome to Thailand's home from home - a wonderful blend of care, affordability, cleanliness and idiosyncracy! Well organised and very laid-back - the many notices notwithstanding... Gentle staff who want to please. Lovely neighbourhood, near the river. One may be forgiven a smile when greeting the vast array of exotic and interesting residents - from around the world - people you'll really want to chat with....

During many visits to Bangkok over the last ten years, I've stayed at Bella Bella on every occasion. The location on the river is very pleasant with public transport to many parts of Bangkok nearby. The rooms & guesthouse are always clean - thanks to the hard working staff. Room prices are very affordable and have remained constant for ten years. I very much appreciate the covered rooftop - washing can be hung out to dry even when it's raining.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
