The staff is not spotting😓. The food is not good🤮. Swing pool is not clean. The Room is look like old and they didn’t put the toothpaste and toothbrush in Barth room.barthroom is also look old the water is can’t flush easilyThey are not providing basic needs. The entire experience at Bella Express is extremely disappointing.👎🏻

The rooms here are of quality and reasonable price. Bella Hotel will have 2 zones: Bella Express and Bella Grand. When the customer made a reservation and saw a picture of Bella Grande. But the hotel announced a reduced price on behalf of Bella Express. The area of the swimming pool is not as clean as it should be because there is sand under the pool and the steps leading down are sharp from the gravel floor. I would like the hotel to improve this area urgently.

nothing extraordinary with this place. the staffs can't speak english. the.breakfast is tasteless. however the room is clean and each has balcony with view to the pool.

When we checkin this hotel, the hotel staff didn’t provided any receipt for security deposit. During checkout, they asked for receipt and not ready to refund the security deposit amount (500 bhat). The hotel staff is cheating with security deposit. Worst behaviour

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
