I and my husband had a wonderful time at Bella Santorini. We spent 7 nights and it was worthwhile, The staff at the hotel are very friendly, they really made us feel comfortable all through our stay and the proximity to the beach I really liked 👍 breakfast at the hotel was superb,had varieties of meals.when you're looking for a memorable stay at Santorini,I definitely recommend Bella Santorini 👍

An absolutely gorgeous small hotel located just 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the beach. The owner and her team were all absolutely amazing and could not do enough to help, recommending trips, arranging transport... I can't remember ever feeling so welcome in a hotel and the friendliness seemed to have an effect on other guests who were all equally chatty and friendly. The pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers if you are looking to relax. The bar is reasonably priced and food was delicious! Thank you so much for an amazing stay Lina, Denise, Alex & Mr Driver! We will return!

Highly recommended! We had the best experience at Bella Santorini Hotel. The room was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The hotel is located right next to the black beach (Perivolos) and it was easy to get to any city by car. The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. They gave us great advice. We would definitely go back!!

Our stay at Bella Santorini has been great, the hospitality from Lina and her staff made it a memorable visit. The rooms were traditional, comfortable and had daily housekeeping which meant that they were clean. The pool and surrounding area was exceptional, plenty of loungers available for all guests. The bar by the pool had the most amazing host who was friendly and looked after everyone serving good food and drinks. Breakfast was good lots of choice and if you needed anything the staff went out of their way to accommodate requests (only minor thing was that the beans weren't very hot). Overall, Lina ensures that all of her guests are well looked after, she is friendly and a lovely person. Lina arranged transport collecting myself and Janice from Thira late at night as the local bus service was not available. For the last 2 nights we were upgraded to a room which had a more modern style and a hot tub! Thanks for a great stay, would recommend this hotel to guests looking for a relaxed, friendly hotel 😁 Denise

My partner and I went for a wedding and by the end on the island and by the end, we can firmly say we are family! If you are lucky enough to meet Lina, then you will 1000% have a great holiday - she is so warm and friendly, she made our holiday. She helped us to arrange everything - travel, our excursions, food and where to go. She is definitely a local celebrity because everyone locally talks about how lucky we were to have her as our host. We also had our stand service from Denise at the front desk and Alex behind the bar (and his daughter). Great representative of Santorini, we will definitely be going again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
