The overall experience was quite average. I believe the pricing is lower compared to other establishments, but the hotel itself appears quite dated. On a positive note, the beachfront bar has a pleasant atmosphere. However, there is a noticeable odor in the rooms.

The hotel is located in Kuah town. Although it looks a bit old from the outside, the hotel is quite well maintained. The room is refurbished and clean. Friendly staff. It has a swimming pool with a drinking place facing the beach front. The room comes with complimentary entry to the water theme park which is just next to the hotel. It also has buffet breakfast. Very good value for money.

Top hotel at reasonable price. beautiful rooms with great bar and restaurant. Tuesday and Thursday there's as much as you drink for all day for 25 ringgit and access to their waterpark next in the price of the accommodation. Friendly staff and great atmosphere and music. A must when in here ;-)

This place is great there’s a restaurant that’s not too far away that serves amazing food in the evening it’s called wonderland or something like that. Amazing service, the hotel’s restaurant serves pretty good food as well for great prices I was shocked! The hotel has a pool but no access to a beach sadly. The standard room is quite nice you don’t need to reserve a suit because you will spend most of your day outside anyway, but if you got extra cash to spend go ahead and do it. When you arrive you get tickets to the water park so don’t miss out on that it’s so fun!

You just cant complain at this price, they are offering a lot , complementary drinks and water park tickets are a lovely gesture. I stayed for 2 nights in the BV suite, My younger daughter thought we were living in a castle, haha. Overall the cleaning/housekeeping staff needs to be trained a little more in my opinion. Would definitely recommend and stay again. With a little more effort this place can shine bright (like literally fix all your outer lights please 😂)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
