Great stay here. My room was upstairs and facing the water. Had the ocean outside my balcony door & it could have been better situated. The room wasbperfwclty clean and nothing missing. The service was fantastic! The staff took car of my every need and every detail. Only about 20 mins from the center of Capetown and plenty of places to eat not far from the hotel. Would stay there again and in fact tried to extend my stay longer but the room had been sold out.

Great Location, great views, However, the rooms were not clean. There was dust on the dressing table and on the long table that is right by the door. The cabinet below the kitchen sink was falling apart and wouldn’t close. The windows were very dirty. There was hair everywhere in the shower, the shower door was dirty and we only had hot water once throughout our stay.

I planned my engagement at the beach along with Belle Maroc's assistance and I must say from planning it all the way to the engagement and spending our week at the hotel, the staff were absolutely amazing and the food was great as well. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to have made our special day and week that much better. If you are reading this review, I highly recommend you make that booking, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Very disappointed with Belle Maroc. We stayed there on Friday 3/11/2023. The most basic room for R3000+ a night. No aircon. No bottled water in the room. No coffee in the room. Our room was on the street side with barely a view of the ocean. Steps all the way up to the second floor. No hand soap at the basin in the toilet. No shower gel. Only foam bath, but there was no bath, only a shower. The television is mounted right by the door of the entrance to the room. If you are not careful, you will bump your head. WiFi didn't work. At breakfast the table was not set. I had to ask for cutlery twice. The breakfast was a buffet with not much. They ran out of bread. There were no drinks to help yourself with. You have to ask for coffee, tea and juice. Service terrible.

Stayed here for a week! This is an AMAZING vacation stay with a beautiful view of Table Mountain. Great service. Wonderful staff. Just an overall amazing place to have a quiet, relaxing stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
