Wonderful family hotel! Delicious food, good animations, happy New Year! We celebrated with a group, everyone liked it, they sang and danced. We are visiting for the fourth time and will come again, we recommend, the hotel keeps its standard! Beautiful large area.

The experience was amazing. I loved the service as it’s all-inclusive we were given the food schedule with great variety during the day, several pools, many daily activities including our own amusement park, table tennis , two professional tennis course, darts , evening show program and many more. The rooms are smaller than the usual all-inclusive but it didn’t bother us as it was comfortable to stay there, the cleaning was done daily and if we wanted to get any help we could get it at Guest relations office near the reception. Overall , I loved staying here. By the way, the sea entry is smooth , sandy and nothing bothers comfortable swimming .

Helpful personnel (for any kind of questions) It's really handy when you can grab a drink/snack in almost any point of the hotel Overall great looking place with direct access to the beach Cons: Careful if you're on a diet. Spicy food may be unmarked. Cleaning sometimes doesn't cleans dust especially in far/rarely used places of the room

this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at during a vacation, particularly given the price. in 2023, it's surprising to find rooms still using magnetic tape cards for locks. the air conditioning was inadequate, and we had to switch rooms three times. the internet connection is painfully slow and restricts access to some websites, even streaming fullHD videos is a struggle. the TVs appear to be over a decade old. the entire hotel feels outdated. be wary of opening windows in the evening, even on the 5-6th floor, unless you want to be swarmed by mosquitoes. the 'all inclusive' option is disappointing, offering an all-day buffet and low-quality alcohol. meal is ok but... the water was consistently dirty, and the beach area is too cramped. most guests are from russia or post ussr countries, who often reserve almost all the sun loungers on the pier with towels from 9am in the morning and then leave, sometimes not returning. these towels aren't removed for 2-4 hours until a staff member finally decides to intervene. disgusting. overall, worst experience ever, not worth it.

It was more than we expected. Vibe, staff, foods were just perfect. It's a big resort with nice pools and easy access to the ocean. There is a number of nice pools in the area, one of them has water slides. Kids have their special pool and slides. There are also other programs and a playground for children. There are also several bars that you can enjoy good selection of drinks and cocktails. There are plenty of imported drinks that you will be satisfied. Many thanks to Eric in the Bellis Lounge! Main restaurant has a great variety of foods for all meals. Along with the fresh salads, kebabs, fish, pastas, sweets and so many other options; there are specials like lebanese, mexican, etc. for dinners. If you miss main restaurant hours you may go to a bar near beach or White bistro for burgers, pizzas and snacks The rooms are clean and there is a nice balcony for each of them. We also used gym and massage centre, Both were great. I totally recommend this hotel, absolutely worth it :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
