Bello! Is what you say when getting into the main suite. Lake view is amazing, a big bath is just in front of the bed. Very great details together with green plants, furniture and lamps that make the overall ambiance cozy. Also the rest of the place, positioned at the 2nd and 3rd floor of a building front lake in the center, is very interisting: moving to the upper floor you have access to a furnished kitchen and a terrace with lake view, places to seat and… a Jacuzzi. Perfect, romantic and properly setup for a short stay. Considering this is a luxury venue, it is fair to say that looking around some other details show some lack of maintenance (some scratches on the of walls and furniture, faulty sliding door in the bathroom, aged furniture in the kitchen). Furthermore the property (a big apartment fractioned into smaller suites) shares entrance, elevator with other private apartments; facilities are aged and, unfortunately, the smell of the pizzeria placed in the ground floor make the walk along the stairs not luxurious at all. All in all: the venue is great, a good value for the money you spend, but the luxury you live would deserve a bit more attention to the maintenance and maybe an upgrade to the shared kitchen.

Top Floor Room: absolutely worn down room, no window view at all, serious cigarett smell, Not clean. Rooftop appearance lost, not maintained space. Kirchen ok but overall not even 70€/Night worth it, we paid 220. Defenetaly can’t recommend this place 👎🏿 Money machine, See real pictures taken by us.

Very disappointed. There are many other places to stay by this amazing lake, try elsewhere. Hosts very unhelpful. Unfortunately the only unhelpful/ unfriendly people met on the entire trip.
