We loved everything about our stay at Bellonias Villas. The beach was well maintained with large modern sunbeds, fantastic beach service, and we even were allowed to borrow the property's SUP to enjoy the sea. The restaurant served a wonderful fresh menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms were beautifully appointed with modern facilities and minimalist decor. The property itself is stunning with the landscaping, the phenomenal pool, and fabulous bar area. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, personable, and really stood out. We travelled as a family of four and each of us were made to feel special and well cared for. We were surprised how much more we enjoyed this hotel and location to our Caldera stay within the same week.

Very nice hotel on the beach! Location is good , There are many nice bars, restaurants near by but for the me the best food was at the hotel’s restaurant!The best part about this place is the stuff! Everybody is super kind and friendly! George from the reception is so helpful and pleasant and always smiling! The only thing i was missing was the shower on the beach!

We had an incredible experience staying here! The room was incredible - the pictures online when we booked were not as good as in real life - and the pool area was perfect for lounging and relaxing. Best food at the restaurant and the staff are incredible. Amazing experience!

My favorite hotel! I almost do not want to share it.The staff is extremely friendly, service minded and with great humor. The hotel have a free sun beds and a restaurant area just by the sea, offering a very beautiful spot with nice sea breeze. The area is the perfect winding down place. The is also restaurant tables by the beautiful pool area where is very comfortable sun beds in both sun and shade. I would recommend to have a look at the hotel photos, which deliver the promise.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! It’s right by the beach, not overly crowded and very clean! The staff is the nicest I’ve ever encountered in any hotel! George and Thomas at the reception are the nicest people! The pool is luxurious and clean. Also the food was sooo good! Their chef is 10/10!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
