We booked this hotel because of the private beach and the interior of the hotel shown on photos. However, we were quite disappointed with the facilities when we arrived. Distance from the beach is quite far compared to other areas in Boracay (also, they haven’t done much to make the route going to the beach appealing). The reception told us there was a beach bar and restaurant to eat but when we went there, there were few tiny food stalls with very few and poor looking options. Beach bar needed an upgrade and over all impression of the “private beach area” was that it lacked charm and facilities. Hotel is far away from the “life of Boracay” which I guess is fine if you like to just stay at the hotel. However, If you want to go to the stations it is quite expensive. Booking an e-trike is 300 php one way which can get pricey in the long run. You can get a free shuttle going there but you have to book several hours in advance which removes the option for spontaneity. In terms of cleanliness of the lobby was very dirty. Their blue cushions were stained all over. We decided to book another hotel after visiting and accepted to loose the money we spent.

We absolutely loved our stay at Belmont Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.The resort itself is top-notch, and having a private beach just a short stroll away was a dream. What I really enjoyed was the option to grab some tasty and budget-friendly local food from the beach vendors, a nice touch alongside the hotel restaurant which looks great, but a bit on the pricey side.The location is peaceful, about 15 minutes from the main town, tucked away in a secure, gated community. The hotel offers a free shuttle service into town and back to the hotel at specific times of the day, the last one being at 10:30pm. But just know that your seat in the shuttle has to be reserved before hand at the front desk. Make sure to do this the night before you plan to go into town because the shuttle is limited in space. And if you want your sheets/towels to be changed and room to be cleaned, there’s a button on the side of the door to be switched on, otherwise, it won’t happen. Aside from that, it’s perfect spot for families and anyone who appreciates a clean and inviting environment. I highly recommend Belmont Hotel for a cozy getaway.

The security guards and front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. Marv (front desk staff) was awesome! He got us checked in quickly and expertly explained the hotel amenities and available services the hotel offers. Great location for a quiet getaway. Just 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. I will definitely come back here again and I highly recommend the Belmont Hotel Boracay. ❤️❤️❤️

It was really a great stay at Belmont Hotel, its comfortable and relaxing. The place feels so private and peaceful all through our stay. Room was nice nothing that special, they provide toiletries and complimentary stuff like coffee, they also have water dispenser in the hallway. Although its kinda far from station 1-3, they offer a free shuttle that goes out every hour or they can call a tricycle for you which can drop you off at D-Mall, if you're tired and just want to dip in nearby then they have the new coast beach which you can go to they also have a pool area on the 2nd floor with bar if you feel like drinking as well. They have activities to offer at the lobby which you can inquire. And the foods at their cafe have big servings but are kind of overprice still anyhow it is serving and delicious!

This hotel and their location is recommendable for those who wants a peaceful vacation. Family time. They swimming pool if you want extra time to dip and relax. Hotel staff are friendly, calm and accommodating. We really had a nice time staying. Thank you! Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
