An awesome hotel and fantastic experience. The service, cleanliness, and food are top draw and exceed that of any 5-star property but it's the little things all added together that make for a great hotel and the Beluga excels in getting the whole package just right. Reluctant review as I want to keep the Beluga a secret!! 😊

The Beluga hotel is a gorgeous, well run hotel in an amazing location. The staff were simply amazing and friendly - it felt like we were part of the Beluga family whilst we visited. We had a gorgeous room with a view. The room was spacious, clean and had lots of little touches (vanity mirror being the best for my girlfriend). The bed and linen was top top quality, this really added the cherry on top. After a month in Thailand, it was by far the best room that we stayed in! We had breakfast daily, lots of tasty coffee, pastries and amazing Pad Thai for breakfast. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and tasty. I would (and hopefully will) stay again. Beluga was our 1st leg of our Samui trip - what an amazing stay we had. Room & Hotel - very clean surroundings with large rooms with great views - We loved the very private /mini resort feel , and the relaxed vibe from Olivier & staff completes the offering. I feel this is one of the best price to value choice out of our research. Location - this little corner is easy walking to grandparents walk , and conveniently near 2 very clean dinner places (Koh Kaew & Pink Orchid) & homely health massage (Yoyo) Restaurant & bar - great menu - beef burger & thai noodles are great with Coconut shake a must order from the bar Top pick of accommodation out of our whole samui trip for sure!

Fantastic 6 day 5 night experience in Beluga. Only 14 rooms available and no children policy at the time of writing, which makes for a very peaceful and romantic atmosphere for couples. The hotel staff are all extremely warm and hospitalble with their every interaction with guests. The hotel can also arrange for motorcycle rental for you should you choose it as your preferred means of transport around the island. What you see in the pictures of the property is indeed what you get when you arrive. The clarity of the seawater for snorkling is dependent on wave and current conditions. Fishes are to be seen even at shallow parts of the beach, where they feed around the rocks underwater.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
