Genuinely baffles me how people can’t be okay with this Hotel. Unbelievable location to all places for tourists. Room was spot on with everything needed. Wish I could take the bed home it was that comfy! We had 17th floor and the views were stunning! Be prepared you get charged $300 security deposit which the tourist fee of $74 is taken off. When we checked out the money was instantly put back in my account and I mean instantly,

Room was small and the bathroom tiny, but for a short stay you don't need much. The room was reasonably clean and my fear of bed bugs was unnecessary. The service was great and breakfast just what you need to keep you full until lunch or longer. Thank you all personal for making our stay relaxing. We will definitely comeback.

Room small but yes noisey from tube but didn't bother me. Staff very friendly and accomadating. Breakfast was great too. I'll be back

I was totally dissapointed as I got very tiny room instead of what I booked through booking. It was dirty, internet almost didn't work and view it was in the innner courtyard wall. Very very noisy from the frequent underground rails (every minute) so dont book if you are looking for a good night sleep (I couldn't sleep even with earplugs because it really shakes you and also emmits low frequency buzz that you feel in your bones). Full english breakfast was not buffet, room where it was served is underground tiny and noisy. Staff was not helpful at the reception or in the breakfast area. Location is good, near to Paddington station but for the money you pay its not worth it at all.
